Lamp of Optoma UHD30 & How to replace:
The Optoma UHD30 projector uses a lamp model number BL-FP240G, which is a 240 watt lamp with a lifespan of up to 4,000 hours in Bright mode, or up to 15,000 hours in Dynamic mode.
To replace the lamp, follow these steps:
- Turn off the projector and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for the lamp to cool down completely.
- Locate the lamp cover on the bottom of the projector and remove it.
- Unscrew the lamp unit from the projector and remove it carefully.
- Insert the new lamp unit and tighten the screws to secure it in place.
- Replace the lamp cover.
- Reset the lamp hours by accessing the “Lamp Settings” in the projector menu.
- Turn on the projector and check if the lamp replacement was successful.
